i am bored of boring my frens with the same old story. again and again i feel like i am facing the same issue, and why cant i just risk it and be out there and just not hesitate? i feel restricted, and frustrated. do u know how frustrating it is when u r not completely satisfied but you still feel safe wrapped up in that comfortable cocoon. it’s like u wanna pass that line, but you are afraid what the consequences are beyond that line. is it just my pride? my ego thwarting and blocking me for my own good? please erwet please, i am tired of u.
i just have to set my mind to there, and do it. this feeling of hesitation and perfectionism is crippling me. please. i wanna feel what it feels like to be free again.

One of the bestest album on earth.

This album is so fearless, I love it. The best Rihanna’s album. So honest, raw, dark and twisted. She’s in charge, instead of being manufactured to sing some lame predictable club bangers. She pushes the boundaries this time. I always love it when artist takes chance and come up with something different, instead of something safe. Good Girl Gone Bad is not half as bad as this one. LOVE IT.

There’s no definition, there’s just the doing
There’s no expectation, there’s just the being

Don’t let discomfort escalate
A growl becomes a Black Dog
If you will
Don’t let them tinkle
Grab your feet
And bring you down
To the darkness
Where you can’t see
Just keep on walking
You don’t see a thing
Breathe
And keep moving
It is nothing
But the breeze and the nothing
Not to blow it up
Believe
We’ve been through that
We’ve survived
The ruffle and the pain
Those lingering voices
Don’t let them haunt you
Shun them away
Don’t be tempted to look back
You’re further away now
Keep trudging
Soldier
Keep walking

Not freezing, not grinding
Still but alive
Calm and moving
Stirring gently, not shaking
Neither quiet nor loud
It is
Like a graceful ballerina
She flows and moves about
Free
Unconstrained
Alive
A state where you are
Not trying
Just looking
Like walking down a park with a peaceful breeze
Watching the still lake
Like the water flowing in the sea
Like the birds flying in the sky
Like the rain
The sun rising and setting
The dusk sinking to the ground
Like gravity
Like love
You find a place where you finally be
In your quietness and peace
You feel alive
And you find a place to be

One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice –
though the whole house
began to tremble
and you felt the old tug
at your ankles.
“Mend my life!”
each voice cried.
But you didn’t stop.
You knew what you had to do,
though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers
at the very foundations,
though their melancholy
was terrible.
It was already late
enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen
branches and stones.
But little by little,
as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own,
that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper
into the world,
determined to do
the only thing you could do –
determined to save
the only life you could save.

Bila aku berdiri tegar sampai hari ini
Bukan karna kuat and hebatku
Semua karena cinta
Dan mampu diriku
Untuk berdiri tegar
Terima kasih cinta.

Because only when you operate from your strengths can you achieve true excellence. Harvard Business Review.
And yet most people-especially most teachers and most organizations- concentrate on making incompetent performers into mediocre ones. Energy, resources, and time should go instead to making a competent person into a star performer (the same person but different area of practice). Harvard Business Review.
Like one’s strengths, how one performs is unique. It is a matter of personality. Whether a personality be a matter of nature or nurture, it is surely formed long before a person goes to work. Harvard Business Review.
The conclusion bears repeating: Do not try to change yourself-you are unlikely to succeed. But work hard to improve the way you perform. And try not to take on work you cannot perform or will only perform poorly. Harvard Business Review.
